PRIVACY POLICY

At Page One Digital (We/Us/Our), we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of the visitors to our website. In particular, we want you to know that we are not in the business of selling, renting, or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don't do that sort of thing.

However, during your interaction with our website, some data may be collected. Below is our attempt to be as concise and as transparent as possible about this data.

Who we are

Our website address is: https://www.pageonedigital.com/. Our company name is Page One Digital and you can easily reach us via the email address sales@pageonedigital.com.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Types of Data We Collect

If you would like to request our services for a project you have the opportunity to do so via our get in touch form. This form requests information such as your full name, email address, phone number. A copy will also be sent to sales@pageonedigital.com. We use this information for the sole purpose of responding to your request. Submitted form information will be securely stored.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for up to one year.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

We use multiple tools to track our page performance and collect anonymous user data.  These tools are used to help us understand the behavior and needs of our visitors.  We may also track how many pages and which pages a visitor visits.  We also use the Facebook Pixel for purposes of providing future marketing opportunities via the Facebook platform.  The Pixel does not give us any personal information about our visitors and all data gathered is housed within Facebook’s system, not ours.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data to any third parties.  Various applications on our site may track your data as mentioned in the sections above but your data will never be sold as a list or lead to a third party.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.  Your data may also be transferred as described above to various third party analytics applications.

Your contact information

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your data and how it is being used, feel free to contact us via our contact form.
